I'm getting all confused about Nadeshiko, is she a girl, boy, or a twin?

I probably shouldn't be asking this... but probably since it's been a while... I can't remember WHO she was. I'll reread some tomorrow and see if I can get you an answer. Wikipedia has nothing on her, so I'm going to have to.

Nadeshiko is really a. But because his family does that dance thingy he has to pretend and dress like a girl. In the anime they introduce this a little earlier. Nadeshiko tells Amu that he's a twin (in the anime they say "futago")...and I think Nadeshiko is the new Jack after Kukai graduates and Kairi leaves.

Oh....Crossdresser!

I just saw the anime a few minutes ago. Now I'm wondering how he'll look with short hair! I'll just wait and see! Thank you! :D

I feel bad for him. In ch 27, he's (Nagihiko, real name of Nadeshiko) really worried about revealing his secret to Amu because he previously lied to her (in ch 20) about being a twin instead of CROSS DRESSING *snicker*!!!

In Ch27, it seems as if Temari has returned to her (or is it really a he?) egg, taking on a deep slumber~But not only that! *dramatic pause* It seems as if Nagihiko has ANOTHER egg!!! *squeal* Hopefully, as provided by a summarizer, "with a y chromosome" (lol). He's going to be the new Jack at school, because of Kairi's leave. Kuukai gets all frazzled because a girl turned into a boy in front of him ^^; Poor Amu, I wonder how the whole thing will turn out.

So... I guess the reason why I don't really know who this is is because we aren't that far in the translations? I haven't been keeping up with the anime... maybe I'll go download some of that...

Yeah, but i must first make a statement that in my opinion, the anime totally sucks compared to the manga (but it's good when it stands alone). They screwed up the whole order of things ><

The anime would help, but reading stuff off of wikipedia or reading stuff from the scrumptious animeblogger's site (dunno what it is) is quite easier. let's see the url...

This is just chapter 27... you can go on google and type in Shugo chara chapter ____ in your free time and i bet that person has them all. If you don't feel like it you don't have to.... it is a bit of a hassle.

Ok, found out why I couldn't remember who she was... it was cause wikipedia is not up to date on Shugo Chara. It didn't list anything about Nadeshiko, and since I haven't read or watched it for a while... I kinda forgot the names of most of the characters... Started it up again though, so now I am remembering.

The anime has so many filler episodes. I read the ch 27 from scrumptious animeblogger's site. Love the end.

if nadeshiko (or nadehiko?) is a boy, then why his guardian chara (tenmari) is a girl??

If you say that the gaurdian chras were suppose to be what the owners would like to be...then Nadehiko would like to be gay/lesbian person who hates dirt?

How so? I took more of being proper and having social grace. The reasoning for this being the family that Nadeshiko lives in. Once again though, I haven't read it in a long time... and I don't read ahead of what's translated. I'll probably go through and check the manga's explanation a little more thoroughly and see if I can come up with an answer.
